Dry brushing alone has SO many benefits however combined with your treatments it is a great way to accelerate your results!
It works by exfoliating the skin, the coarse fibers of the brush will remove the dead skin whilst stimulating blood flow and circulation, which aids Lymphatic drainage to eliminate toxins from the body. Regular exfoliation will keep your skin looking tight, toned, glowy and rejuvenated which may also improve the appearance of cellulite whilst evening skin tone and texture.

New to dry brushing? Here's how;
Step 1: Get naked
Step 2: Start at your feet and move in upward strokes towards the heart on both the front and the back of the legs
Step 3: Continue upward strokes on your bum, moving up to your back
Step 4: Move on to the arms starting at the writs towards the heart
Step 5: Gently brush the underarm towards the heart then move onto the chest brushing towards the heart
Step 6: You may like to swap you clockwise circular motions on your stomach or just stick to upward strokes towards the heart
Step 7: Repeat each area a few times, you may like to brush for 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 20 minutes - its up to you!
Step 8: Shower as normal
Step 9: Apply your favourite moisturiser or coconut oil and run around like the silky smooth dolphin that you are (if you know that meme, you know)
